The “Our School” Community: interviews with 40 professors
The “Our School” is a community of practice dedicated to digital and inclusive curricular innovation. The first call (launched in September 2020) attracted 120 teachers from school of all levels and types, interested in addressing the new needs of blended didactics to counter the pandemic emergency.
The courses and workshops conceived for the community must present true added value for blended didactics (on-line and/or in-presence). Twenty-eight groups of primary, secondary and adult school teachers – competent professionals, ethical educators and innovative designers – worked in this “facilitating context.” We hope they will also become transformative leaders for their communities and forge “community educational pacts.”
