Today marks the beginning of a week packed with educational sessions for all ages and other appointments, including public events.
International events include the visit of a delegation from the University of Utrecht and the Embassy of the Netherlands at the University of Rende, as part of Programme Coding Girls. The delegation will be accompanied by local coordinator Giulia Melissari.
On Thursday, November 10 (10-11), there will be the first project meeting for the partners of JOINclusion, a project dedicated to game-based learning for the development of soft skills. The project was conceived in collaboration by the Department of Data Science and Knowledge Engineering at the University of Maastricht, the Natural and Artificial Cognition Lab at the “Federico II” University of Naples and the Odyssea Academy, Greece. Project Manager Annaleda Mazzucato will participate on behalf of FMD.
On Wednesday, November 9, FMD Director General Mirta Michilli will participate in the meeting on “Metaverse: Opportunities and Risks in a Changing World,” an event organised by the Osservatorio TuttiMedia and promoted by FIEG and UPA. The meeting will be held at the Milan UPA Office.
Local events include a press conference to be held at the Rome Council to present the upcoming fashion show in Casal Monastero as part of Project Smart & Heart Rome.
The Milan Digital Week also begins on November 10 with three appointments:
- Jobs of the Future in the Cybersecurity Era – Friday, 10:00-11:30 at the Microsoft House for second-degree secondary school students
- Who Manages Health and Wellbeing in Cyberspace? – at Google Italia, 11.00-12.30, with second-degree secondary school students and teachers
- Let's Take a Chance with Digital Tools! – Saturday, 9:30-12:30, Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi, with students, parents, teachers and e caregivers
