Our mission is to promote knowledge sharing, inclusion and social innovation, with a focus on groups at risk of exclusion (the elderly, immigrants, unemployed youth, etc.). We try to make people always and everywhere the protagonists of every initiative, which is why our presence is so alive, rooted and widespread in the territory.
Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries
Interactive labs and digital environments provide engaging and transformative learning experiences. To become agents of change. For all ages.
Artists
Even artists make themselves available to schools to create original works shared with students. And, involved in social innovation projects, they discover themselves change makers or artivists.
Citizens
Workshops and laboratories for all. And civic challenges to improve community life. For homogeneous groups also 'on demand' training.
Decision makers
Governance is a foreign word that we cannot translate into Italian also because of a question of capability, capacitation. That is why we work on diffuse leadership.
Entrepreneurs
There are those who experiment with a more functional way of cutting wooden mosaic tiles, those who design a line of low-cost plexiglass jewellery, those who personalise clothes with original buttons and wooden appliqués...
Innovators
We don't believe in the myth of the lone genius... Innovation is teamwork, because when we collaborate, creativity spreads among people and works better: the whole is much more than the sum of its parts. This is how original solutions are born.
Makers
They make engineering-type products but also engage in more traditional craft activities. Makers who attend the Innovation Gym's fab lab are also specializing in training for different generations.
Migrants
We promote the full integration of foreign nationals with the formula of the third reception combining technology, social learning and territorial animation.
Over 60
We train the over-60s with the generational exchange formula: school students, teach pc, web and technology to the elderly with the help of experienced teachers. A real welfare school.
Parents
We help parents interpret their role in an increasingly complex society with 'family format' training and dedicated courses, with a focus on new technologies.
Professionals
We use new digital technologies as a social accelerator, to fuel growth, welfare, productivity and competitiveness, convinced that an innovative ecosystem is a value for all, from citizens to businesses.
School leaders
Together with them, we can promote the growth of quality teachers, valorise best teaching practices, and co-design innovative educational spaces.
Students
Workshops for classes of all levels. Orientation paths. Summer Schools. In PCTOs they interact with professionals and companies and are confronted with real people, organisations and production models.
Teachers
We invest in teacher training because nowhere is the quality of an education system higher than the quality of its teachers.
Trainers
An 'immersive' and engaging training with innovative tools, technologies and methodologies to become agents of change in every context.
Unemployed and fragile workers
We have developed a customised training offer, able to respond to the challenges posed by the sudden changes and to support the new fragilities that have emerged with the pandemic.
Volunteers
People of all ages who dedicate part of their time to the free exchange of knowledge to promote active lifestyles, job opportunities and social cohesion, including through digital tools.
Women
The synergy of different projects has resulted in an extensive training programme for women, involving different generations, from girls to businesswomen, to housewives or retired women.
Young
We invest in the education of young people because we are convinced that they are the true 'enabling technology' for inclusive development.
