The “App I’d Like” is a challenge launched by upper secondary school students through programme Coding Girls in synergy with Job Digital Lab to develop a financial service app and bridge the gender divide with useful technology and creative solutions.
The programme, which is officially recognised as a PCTO, addresses various topics:
- Financial literacy session with Federico Gorini, Head of Finance Business Advice, ING Italia
- App design and development with Marvel – Coach Lara Forgione
- Role modelling session with Giulia Dalla Piazza, mathematician, Manager of Technical Infrastructure, ING Italia
- Working independently
The four projects selected from all the submissions are characterised by a strong presence of female team members.
