The 25 digital facilitation centres are co-designed and co-managed by Roma Capitale together with a temporary association of four social promotion associations - Associazione europea consumatori indipendenti Lazio, Centro per i diritti del cittadino – Codici, Didaké and Observo - and by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS (FMD), the parent company with a coordination and monitoring role. They are located throughout the territory so as to cover all the municipalities of Roma Capitale.
The initiative is part of the ‘Network of digital facilitation services’ project, which is part of the national measure 1.7.2 of the PNRR implemented through the Lazio Region.
