The digital facilitation centres presented to the Rome City Council

Last Monday, 7 April, a meeting of the Commission for Roma Capitale, Statute and Technological Innovation was held, dedicated to the presentation of the Centres for Digital Facilitation project, promoted by Roma Capitale with funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) and implemented in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
A valuable opportunity not only to talk about the work carried out in the local areas, but also to activate a process of transparency and public feedback on the impact of the project, in real time, directly in the city's institutional locations.

The general manager Mirta Michilli spoke about the vision and methodology, and Vincenzo Sivero, project manager, went into detail about the activities of the Centres and the results achieved.

The contributions of the municipal representatives were very significant, as they spontaneously and directly shared their observations and their appreciation for the work carried out in the field, recognising the effectiveness of the digital facilitation model and the value of the collaboration with the Foundation.

‘The Commission was a valuable opportunity to share an experience that testifies to the effectiveness of a virtuous model of collaboration between the public and private sectors. A model capable of offering concrete answers both to the administrative structures of Roma Capitale and to the needs of citizens, thanks to the strategic contribution of the third sector. The positive feedback received from the representatives of the Municipalities confirms the value of the project as a lever for territorial development’, says Vincenzo Sivero. “The hope now is to expand this collaboration network, also involving the Municipalities with which we have not yet started a shared path”.
