Eleonora Curatola

WHAT I DO: I look after relations with schools and am the point of reference for all types and levels of educational institutes that want to learn more about the educational programmes offered by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. I implement and monitor national and European initiatives dedicated to educational innovation, digital education, active citizenship and the reduction of inequalities, with particular attention to educational poverty and the gender gap. I also support the organisation of events and training activities, both online and in person.

WHAT I DREAM OF: Continuing to be excited by the impact of my work: whether it's a student struggling with their first robot or a grandparent learning to video call their grandchild, every small achievement is a great milestone.

I graduated in Information and Publishing Systems from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2013. My passion for words and new media has led me to explore the world of the web and social media since university. Today my work ranges from the coordination and implementation of innovation projects to the management of the school network, as well as the organisation of training events and the development of websites.

I love books, podcasts, travelling and, above all, animals. My recipe for well-being? A long walk in the woods with my dog.
