The training course with Terziario Donna Milano.
Women who collaborate with other women to help them grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges of a continuously changing labour market. Paraphrasing the famous quote according to which “65% of the children in school today will work at jobs that still do not exist” (World Economic Forum, The Future of Jobs), applications such as generative AI are changing professions, day after day. Moreover, according to the predictive study conducted by EY, ManpowerGroup, and Sanoma Italia (The Future of Skills in the Era of Artificial Intelligence, 2023), upskilling and reskilling will be essential to 75% of professional profiles. So, who could be a better mentor than an entrepreneur who is well aware of the new skills required by the working world? And to support, in a true spirit of mutual exchange, the women who have chosen to take a professional gamble with the courses organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS, entrepreneurs from Terziario Donna Milano have joined Project TD. Learn & Give Back – What Type of AO? This is an initiative with a strong social impact, in which the professionals who participate in the meetings, first learn about the opportunities provided by technology and then through the “Give Back” part help out by evaluating CVs, providing orientation, driving networking, and giving advice to other women in training.
The last appointment, which took place yesterday at the Confcommercio Milan Congress Centre, focused on: “An introduction to generative AI to promote your business”, with Alessandra Maggio, Digital Marketing Consultant, coach and professor of Digital Marketing. At the end of the session, the story of the first “Give Back” experiences were presented [watch the news: How Digital Marketing is Changing].
One of the first Give Backs involved Sara Rafiei, entrepreneur and coach, with Oxana Kavun, who participated in the Dig4All Programme. Sara helped Oxana, 33, to plan a different career, shifting from retail to social media management. The coaching sessions focused, in particular, on training emotional intelligence for a greater awareness of its impact on work. Barbara Vargiu, CEO of the Cyberedge cybersecurity solutions company, also joined the initiative, helping beneficiaries with a discussion on the world of work and the possibility of welcoming them for an internship in her company.
