Job Digital Lab: local event in Pescara, tomorrow
The third edition of Job Digital Lab, developed with ING Italia, provides an increasing ambitious training programme, custom-tailored to the needs of local areas and its citizens. It aims to supply innovative resources and tools for sustainable, personal and community growth.
The ten-month project aims to involve a further 8000 individuals in training, networking with experts, companies, trade associations, local administrations, public and private organisations, and orientation and employment centres.
Job Digital Lab training is free and open to everyone without any limits. Moreover, this year it is ready for your smartphone to generate more inclusion and new opportunities for both professional and personal self-development. The training materials include new micro-learning modules that can be enjoyed as “entertainment.”
Activated macro-actions:
- Digital Literacy and Skills: whether you’re starting from scratch or wish to learn more about digital tools and a conscientious use of the most widespread social platforms and on-line services. This area will include three different courses: “Digital Tools for Growth” for professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, SMEs, and local associations; “Digital Tools for Work” for citizens looking for employment or in professional transition; “Digital Skills for Citizens” to all those who wish to improve their digital skills.
- Start-up Lab for Women: a lab incubation service dedicated to young women with business ideas and start-ups, who have participated in STEM reinforcement activities.
- Local Events: training sessions dedicated to entrepreneurs, SMEs, professionals, and trade associations to learn how to efficiently use digital tools, but also to drive networking with local institutions and entrepreneurs.
- Micro-educational Modules – training on your smartphone: short videos, podcasts, and social e-learning cards to allow participants to enjoy content from their PCs or smartphones.
- Role Modelling – providing participants with concrete opportunities to exchange views with professionals and the entrepreneurial world, including with ING volunteers.
The next local event, which will be held on October 26 in Pescara at the local Confindustria offices, is dedicated to digital skills for productive activities. The event has been developed in collaboration with the Abruzzo Delegation of the National Le Donne del Vino Association and with the LEImprenditrici group of Confindustria Chieti Pescara and Sodalizio Lady Chef Pescara.
The event will aim to answer the following questions: How can we improve on-line company visibility? How can we reach a wider audience and increase our turnover? The issues addressed by the event will include the development of a brand identity and web reputation; social media and engagement; new digital skills; digital tools and “gym.”
In addition to the theoretical part, there will also be practical examples and best cases such as the Le Donne del Vino and LEImprenditrici as a source and model of inspiration in developing one’s professional objectives.
The event will be streamed live on YouTube and Facebook for all those who cannot attend in person.
The course will be integrated by three live webinars that will address marketing, e-commerce and data analysis for enterprises and professionals:
- Everything you may have wanted to know about content creation and copywriting but never dared to ask. On November 4 (5-6 pm), a webinar will explain the necessary skills, work phases and organisation of content necessary to promote a brand, product or service.
- Do you have what it takes to start an enterprise? Learn about social analytics, open data and big data. On November 18 (5-6 pm), a webinar will address how to improve company strategy through Social Media Analytics and Big Data; and how to use open data for business.
- E-commerce is a must! On November 23 (5-6 pm), a webinar will address how to structure a marketing plan to sell products and services on the web.
The rich and varied programme will also involve work orientation centres, employment centres and recruiting agencies to promote the matching of supply and demand, helping participants to access the working world.
