The Grandparents on the Internet Model in the Mila Agevity Programme.
On September 24-25, the Milan Bocconi University will host the second edition of Agevity, the first national event dedicated to promoting longevity for social and economic development in Italy.
Agevity, which was developed from a project of the Silver Economy Network with the support of Assolombarda, is dedicated to enterprises and associations in industry, as well as regional, national, and international institutions, third sector organisations, citizens, and the educational and research systems.
Actors in the longevity economy will have the opportunity to collaborate on the development of policy and public-private projects to promote and safeguard longevity.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has been invited to participate in the session dedicated to “The Longevity of Women Health, Work, Digitalisation for an Intergenerational Relay” schedule on the first day (15:00-16:00).
Cecilia Stajano, FMD Community Manager, will participate in the Future Societies session to present the Intergenerational Learning Model of Grandparents on the Internet with which high school and university students teach over-60s to use digital devices and access the main on-line services. Women represent ca. 65% of participants.
