Smart & Heart Rome: how to enrol in educational services.

Citizens can enrol in Rome’s Educational Services 0-3 for 2023-24 until March 22, according to the conditions described in the public notice published on February 16. Applications must be submitted on-line on the Rome Council portal: www.comune.roma.it (Portale Istituzionale > Servizi > Scuola > Nido > Iscrizioni Nidi di Roma Capitale e Sezioni Ponte > Domanda online).

What is e-Government?

E-Government refers to a series of relations managed, via the Internet, between public administrations and citizens and businesses, to provide information and services through applications. The computerized management of these functions allows institutions to respond more effectively and at lower costs to the needs of the population.

My Rhome

La The Digital House of Citizens (My Rhome) allows access, after authentication, to the online services provided by the City of Rome. This is a single channel through which citizens can communicate with the Capitoline Administration, learn about new administrative procedures that may concern them, monitor the status of ongoing practices, participate in the processes in which they are, or would like to be, involved, performing all necessary operations in just a few simple steps.
