Catching up between Naples and Cosenza
Tomorrow, Friday, May 26, the Neapolitan Coding Girls will participate in a “catch up” hackathon with students from the Liceo Mazzini, who were not able to participate in t he challenge held at the “Federico II” University of Naples [see news: Apps that Lend a Hand].
The hackathon will be held as normal. The students studied the use of Marvel software and are ready to work with university tutors and Coach Salvatore Granata. The “Federico II University of Naples will be represented by Prof. Alessandra Rossi from the Department of Electric Engineering and Information.
The second challenge, which will be held in Cosenza, at the Liceo Scientifico Fermi, is an on-line challenge on the Teams Platform that involves 64 students who worked on the issues of “Sustainability: Personal and Planetary Wellbeing.” Besides the students, the National Coding Girls Coordinator Cecilia Stajano will also be on-line along with coaches Elena Mastria, Martina Canonaco, Erica Coppolillo, and Giulia Melissari.
