Job Digital Lab: webinar with Claudia Campisi

Although there is no real scientific systematisation of the phenomenon, some data collected online paint a picture of a growing phenomenon. In the workplace, for example, over 85% of people say they experience conflict, and a significant proportion of this occurs via email, chat and virtual meetings. Forty per cent of workers report that delays in digital responses cause stress, while among teenagers, one in four report having argued with a friend because of a message or post online. The lack of tone, context and non-verbal cues makes digital communication a potentially fragile terrain, where misunderstandings and tensions can easily arise.

How can we address and transform these situations into opportunities for dialogue? We invite you to a new training event to learn how to constructively manage conflicts that arise online.

In the webinar Conflict Management and Online Negotiation, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and ING Italia as part of the Job Digital Lab project, we explore:

  • The specific dynamics of conflict in digital communication
  • Effective strategies for negotiating and responding to complex messages
  • Practical techniques for managing misunderstandings and tensions online
  • Three useful tips to apply immediately to improve communication on the web

The practical and interactive workshop is led by Claudia Campisi, occupational psychologist and expert in digital communication and collaborative process facilitation.

When: 25 June 2025, from 4 to 5 p.m.

Where: online

A valuable opportunity for those who want to build healthy, balanced and respectful relationships online, both in their personal and professional lives.
