Together towards the Medicine of the Future

Today, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale participates in the J&J Week.

The Johnson & Johnson Week dedicated to “Together towards the Medicine of the Future” (July 8-12, 2024) is a weeklong event with clinicians, patient associations, institutions, universities, and research centres organised to conceive the future of Italian healthcare together.

On the first day, a study promoted by Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine was presented by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Graduate School of Health Economics and Management on the issue of the educational mismatch of health professionals. The study underlines the importance of improving health education to ensure that student skills are as wide and varied as possible, allowing them to concretely respond to the needs of a healthcare system in constant evolution.

Today, day three, “A New Era of Research, Innovation, and Collaboration” with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Italia and partners will address the education challenge, also in terms of skills volunteering

The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is involved in the organisation of two parallel awareness-raising sessions on "Technology and Health: How AI is Revolutionising Healthcare.” The sessions will be held in Milan and Rome as business volunteering activities.
