The future of work is “in the cloud”
Have you ever thought that artificial intelligence could help you find the right job, and not just write the perfect CV? At Roll Cloud's Skill Up Day. Working in the cloud, students become protagonists in a real challenge: designing innovative solutions for the world of human resources, including selection, growth and well-being.
Next Thursday, 16 October, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., the Luigi Einaudi Campus of the University of Turin will host the third Skill-Up Day of the Roll Cloud project. Working on the cloud, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS together with its partners at Opening Future - Google Cloud, Intesa Sanpaolo and TIM Enterprise - and in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Statistics “Cognetti de Martiis” at the University of Turin.
In a context in which artificial intelligence is redefining roles and skills, the day will offer university students an immersive experience to understand how new technologies are transforming the world of human resources: from recruiting to talent retention, from professional development to valuing the uniqueness of individuals.
After the welcome speeches, the morning will feature presentations by Cristiana Bellinazzi (Intesa Sanpaolo per il Sociale) and Andrea Rubera (TIM), followed by a session dedicated to emerging technologies and artificial intelligence in support of HR teams, with Marta Casassa (Tim Enterprise), Samuele D'Avenia (University of Turin) and Marco Rossi, digital facilitator at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
This will be followed by a special moment dedicated to local schools with the award ceremony for the contest La sfida dei Big Data (The Big Data Challenge), organised by the Department of Economics and Statistics.
In the afternoon, university students will participate in the final group challenge, working on the design of innovative solutions to improve employee selection, recruitment and development processes through the integration of AI. The day will end with the presentation of the projects and the award ceremony for the best teams.
