Ashoka presents a mapping of innovation with Alfonso Molina.
Tomorrow, Thursday 14 December at 11.30, at the Chamber of Deputies, Ashoka Italia will present the results of a survey on "The Mapping of Educational Innovation," conducted with 17 partners and funders, including the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
The report “highlights how the Italian education system is facing significant challenges due to the sudden changes of recent years, accentuated by the health crisis. The pandemic has led to increased burnout amongst teachers, bureaucratic practices that hinder the vision of leaders, emotional and social problems among students, and difficulties for families in supporting distance education."
How can we rethink the educational system? The objective of the mapping is to "enhance and disseminate good practices for change in education in Italy and to provide a profile of the educational innovator who contributes to system and paradigm change." Scientific director Alfonso Molina, an Ashoka Fellow since 2016, is one of the scheduled speakers.
