The largest event dedicated to teachers and organised by Erickson.
The full programme of Didattiche.2024 is now on-line. The largest event dedicated to teachers is organised by Centro Studi Erickson and will be held on November 15-16 at the “Palacongressi” in Rimini. As usual, FMD will be present at this event that provides “an opportunity to reflect on the challenges and future outlook of an increasingly innovative and inclusive school, promoting differences and involving society as a whole, to promote a quality education focusing on the development of student competences.” The programme will feature eight different formats: plenary sessions, keynote speeches, large meetings, exchanges, question time, labs, outdoor activities, and operative tables.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale will host two operative tables with Barbara Avella and Mauro Crepaldi, both of whom are very active in the “Our School” Community. In particular, on Friday, November 15, the appointment, which is reserved for secondary school teachers, will address “Integrated Digital Citizenship and Sustainability.” The table will be held three times (11:45-13:15, 14:45-16:15, 16:45-18:15) for a maximum of 12 participants each time.
On Saturday, November 16, the table will focus on “Tinkering and Coding” for primary school teachers. The table will be held three times (9:00-10:30, 11:00-12:30) for a maximum of 12 participants each time.
Both sessions will use multiple-choice questions as a didactic tool. The workshop on integrated digital citizenship and sustainability will present an innovative form of multiple-choice questions, transforming the exercise from a mere evaluation tool into a powerful means for active learning and inclusion. The QuizForum, dedicated to digital citizenship and sustainability actions, will actively involve all students, independently from their abilities.
The tinkering and coding workshop will introduce teachers to the transformation of simple multiple-choice questions into a significant and exciting learning experience that will stimulate the curiosity and active participation of all students. As the coaches explain: “using them as a starting point for creative (tinkering) and digital (coding) activities, we will introduce the rules for developing efficient QuizForums that can be used with the students, either individually or in small groups.”
