2030 Youth Vision: Lego Serious Play co-design session
Work continues for the partners of 2030 Youth Vision [see news: Youth and Sustainable Cities]. Today, at the Rome Città Educativa Innovation Gym, partners from Italy, Spain, Slovenia, and Portugal will participate in a co-design session with the Lego Serious Play Methodology.
The third session on “Local Labs for Social Innovation: The Co-design Process” (9:30-16:30) will be held by Cecilia Stajano and Ilaria Graziano, certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitators.
The session aims to present partners with a methodology to conduct participatory co-design labs and share knowledge to be applied in local labs, identifying the best practices and personal competences of participants, promoting creative though and strategic planning.
Lego® Serious Play® is a facilitation methodology for debate in collaborative contexts. It is an accelerator of thought, expression, sharing and decision-making processes. Through the use of Lego bricks, used as metaphorical and representative tools, the methodology supports work groups reflect on common issues and reach concrete hypotheses for shared responsibility. It is a tool that has proven effective and innovative in channelling energy and individual knowledge for the creation, development, and transformation of organisations and ideas.
The day will end with Session 4 on “Awareness-raising Didactic Supports” with Katarina Prokic, one hour dedicated to debating the adequacy of didactic and training materials.
