Two days of work to analyse the results of the testing phase.
The next meeting of the partnership of European Project JOINclusion will be held on December 12-13 at the “Federico II” University of Naples. The meeting will serve as an opportunity to analyse the results of the testing phase conducted in schools in Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands.
The aim of Project JOINclusion is to develop empathy and promote cultural inclusion through an innovative approach based on interaction and play. By involving students and teachers in two phases of experimentation, the project has proven to have a significant impact. Students have shown a greater capacity for collaboration, prosocial attitudes such as active listening and mutual respect, and an overall improvement in classroom dynamics. The JOINclusion app has helped create more welcoming and harmonious school environments, promoting inclusion.
Project Manager Annaleda Mazzucato is following the works on behalf of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, after having coordinated the testing phase with European partners, teachers, and students to integrate the app into the educational curricula and monitor the progress achieved.
Interested schools can download the lite version of the JOINclusion app for free on Google Play. The version provides interactive scenarios and useful activities to develop empathy and inclusion directly in the classroom.
