New Work Opportunities

Two experts from the National Active Labour Policy Agency will explain how to access the services and the opportunities it provides: Paola Izzo, Work Service Projects Area for the Projects Directorate, and Federico Conti, Policy Design Expert on Labour Markets and Active Policies.
Programme “Gol” (Guarantee of Employment for Workers) was introduced in Italy as part of the PNNR (2021-2025) to relaunch employment and fight unemployment. The programme includes a series of measures and operations for professional re-insertion, especially for mature workers.
Active throughout Italy and regionally custom-tailored, Programme Gol blends training, professional updating and work orientation through five courses based on previous work experience and professional profiles.
