Cinzia Diana on Project Coding Girls at the ForumPA.
In the Forum PA 2024 “Arena,” on May 21, Cinzia Diana, Event Manager for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, participated in the event organized by the FPA Gender Committee, which for two years has been analysing the public administration through a more inclusive lens. This year, the committee focused on artificial intelligence and its impact on reducing the gender gap in STEM.
Cinzia, interviewed by journalist Federica Meta, spoke about FMD’s commitment to reducing the gender gap through the training and orientation of young students towards STEM careers and, in particular, the different declinations of the Coding Girls Project, which this year also arrived in Mozambique. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale, in fact, has been working for years to promote female employment in the technological and scientific fields, involving young women from all over Italy in coding and innovation projects.
The video of the event is available on the FPA YouTube Channel.
