Today a lab for women organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale at Binario F, will kick off the new Facebook facilities at the Termini Rail Station [see news: Binario F Opens].

 

Fondazione Mondo Digitale coaches will hold the “Vagone FMD. Da 01 a 100” Programme three days a week until February 2019 at Binario F. The programme includes transversal and inclusive activities for women, migrants, over-65s, students and companies and will span from digital literacy labs to coding for women to interest young women in scientific subjects.

 

The “Social 4Stem” Lab that will be held today at 2 pm is dedicated to teaching coding to young women and the use of social networks and storytelling to raise awareness on the gender gap.

 

Thirty-two young women from two second-degree secondary schools will participate in the lab held by Lara Forgione: Niccolò Machiavelli (Rome) and Ugo Tognazzi (Velletri).
