IIS Orioli in Viterbo is one of the six schools involved in the project promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Province of Viterbo.

Training was based on the intergenerational learning model developed by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and experimented successfully with Project Grandparents on the Internet. Students, coordinated by a teacher, teach over-sixties to use computers, new technologies and on-line public administration services.

School administrator Luigi Valente declared that "this is a didactic project with a vast scope that allows knowledge and skills to be exchanged between younger and older generations.”
