For the network of centres operating in all municipalities of the capital
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is looking for facilitators and digital facilitators to join the digital facilitation centres operating in all municipalities of Rome.
Digital facilitation centres are a fundamental resource for digital inclusion and citizenship: local spaces where citizens of all ages can receive personalised support to develop basic digital skills and use online services in an informed manner.
The role of the digital facilitator
Digital facilitators accompany people in their daily use of technology, helping to reduce the digital divide and make public and private services more accessible. In particular, the activities involved include:
- assistance in the use of digital tools such as smartphones, computers and online platforms
- practical support in creating and managing digital identity (Spid, Cie, access to public administration digital services)
- promoting digital culture through training, guidance and individual support.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for people with:
- a good knowledge of digital tools and the main online services
- strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- experience, even brief, in training or public assistance (preferential qualification).
What we offer
Joining the Digital Facilitation Centres means contributing to a high-impact social innovation project, working in a dynamic environment that values skills, listening and relationships with local communities.
How to apply
To apply, please fill in the online form.
The initiative is part of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale's broader commitment to promoting equal access to the opportunities offered by digital transformation and strengthening the active participation of citizens in social and civic life.
