To reduce educational poverty

An alliance between public and private is needed. Stefania Mancini's appeal to politics

Public-private partnership and collaboration ‘is one of the main ways to jointly solve complex problems’, Assifero presidentStefania Mancini strongly argues, regarding the government's decision to suspend funding for the Fund to fight educational poverty.

In an interview with journalist Paolo Ferrario for the daily newspaper Avvenire, Stefania Mancini also launches an appeal to politics to act together ‘drawing inspiration from that principle of subsidiarity that has allowed over the years to stimulate the skills and voices that at a local level, from below, can welcome and accompany hardship, to reintroduce and restore better conditions and paths of hope. If we want to look at Italy as a country that fully represents the values on which we are ‘constituted’, we must guarantee a future for young people, through the maintenance of the Fund'.
