Project PIÙ – Offices for Integration, co-financed by the European Union (EIF, Action 9 “Capacity Building" / Year 2013) aims to strengthen local and provincial governance by activating an inter-institutional network of service agencies to improve welcome and reception services for third country nationals.
 
Action 2 "Training on Service Evaluation and Its Impact" provides a free Lifelong training track to evaluate and improve the operation and implementation of services.
 
The course is meant for public administrators, health and psychology personnel (social assistance, health workers, educators, psychologists, etc.), school staff, public safety managers and local administrators.
 
Classroom training includes two four-hour modules.
 
Today, March 12, the first module will be held from 2-6 pm at the Aquila Town Hall Conference Centre (Viale Aldo Moro 30).
 
Programme
•   Introduction to Service Monitoring and Evaluation
•   Analysing Work - Mapping Processes
•   Risk and Intervention Analysis; Monitoring and Corrective Actions
•   Creating a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan: what to check and how to define indicators
•   Evaluation Strategy: who does what and when in a quality management system
•   Efficiency and Efficacy: impact on users and service agency
 
All the points will be treated with practical classroom exercises. The course is held by Davide Di Pietro, evaluator, trainer and process quality expert.
