Perugia and Bergamo host the “JDL Talks: ideas that do business” events
Today, Thursday 22 May, sees the start of the series of events entitled “JDL Talks: ideas that do business”, promoted by Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS and ING Italia as part of the Job Digital Lab project. The event will be held at 2.45 p.m. at the Umbria Chamber of Commerce, in Via Cacciatori delle Alpi 42.
The event will open with the presentation of the results of ING's People Insight Lab research project, dedicated to the world of VAT-registered professionals, offering an insight into the new needs and future prospects of today's entrepreneurs. This will be followed by a talk by Giacomo Paolo Barnocchi, founder and director of the Edotto Group, who will share his experience of technological and entrepreneurial innovation.
The training session will be dedicated to the conscious use of generative artificial intelligence and the protection of sensitive data, to help entrepreneurs, freelancers and small and medium-sized enterprises innovate safely. Francesco Marchesini, trainer at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, will illustrate the practical potential of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation Rag systems, with a live demo of an intelligent chatbot for customer support. Piergiorgio Ricci explores defence strategies in the context of new technologies, highlighting the importance of internal training to prevent cyber threats.
The series of events continues in Bergamo on 28 May at the local Chamber of Commerce. The meeting, which begins at 1.45 p.m., opens with a round table to share the results of ING's People Insight Lab research, with contributions from Francesco Ramazzotti (ING Italia), Enrico Mattiazzi (Fiscozen) and Inès Makula (MadeIT).Adriano Galizzi, founder of Galizzi Food Srl, Agrigal, shares his entrepreneurial experience.
The training session, led by Ugo Benini, will explore the potential of advanced language models and generative artificial intelligence technologies in supporting business activities, particularly in the field of digital marketing. Topics covered include the application of new language models in information gathering to support digital marketing, security to protect business continuity and corporate know-how, and the use of generative AI in online communication and e-commerce initiatives.
