A teacher training course on digital manufacturing begins today for 20 professors from the primary and first-degree secondary classes at the Istituto Comprensivo Simonetta Salacone in Roma, who will learn more about how to use a cutting plotter in class activities. The Fab Lab – Innovating Didactics Couse will be held by Matteo Viscogliosi, designer, maker and Coordinator of the Digital Manufacturing Lab at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.
The 20-hour course (three meetings on Wednesdays) will provide teachers not only with instruction on how to use the school’s cutting plotter, but also how to project and manage lab activities with active didactic methods.
