From students to citizens: Expo Training Conference
Today and tomorrow, the Rho Fair in Milan will host Expo Training 2024, currently in its 13th edition. The event is a platform dedicated to the promotion of skills and knowledge with a particular focus on economic transactions and AI.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale will participate in the conference on “Digital Services and Skills: From Students to Citizens” (Sala Dante, 11:30-13:00), promoted by the Department for Digital Transformation with Project Officer Elisabetta Gramatica.
The starting point of the debate will be the "important resources for the digitalisation of services for citizens, including the youngest," envisaged by the PNRR. "Thanks to investments for the digitalization of the PA, including those dedicated to schools, more and more students will be able to benefit from standardized school websites and integrated tools to receive communications, IO apps, and make payments (pagoPA). At the same time, more and more schools are securing school data and applications thanks to cloud migration. And it’s not just about services: increasing digital skills is essential to guarantee everyone's access to faster, more effective and inclusive services. In this area, young people can play a decisive role as future digital citizens and actors in support of previous generations."
