As part of the European Programme Cities for Active Inclusion Eurocities-NLAO, Bologna is hosting a seminar on “Demographic Change and New Prospects for Inclusion. The Potential of a City” (9:30 at the Museo Internazionale e Biblioteca della Musica (Strada maggiore 34).
 
EUROCITIES-NLAO is a dynamic network of nine European Cities - Birmingham, Bologna, Brno, Copenhagen, Krakow, Lille-Roubaix, Rotterdam, Sofia and Stockholm  - each of which has activated a Local Observatory to share information, promote reciprocal learning and conduct research on the implementation of local social inclusion strategies.
 
Amongst the various projects presented for active ageing and social inclusion, Cecilia Stajano will present “Grandparents on the Internet”, the digital literacy project promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale in 15 Italian Regions and 8 European countries.
