Local Job Digital Lab meeting in Marghera

In Veneto, it is well-known that artificial intelligence is a great opportunity for SMEs. Indeed, a delegation of Venetian companies participated in the World AI Summit, held in Cannes last February, just as four years ago, the Veneto Region issued a call making over two million euros available to innovative start-ups and SMEs to encourage the development of applications, services, and solutions based on intelligence artificial.

AI is coming out of research and development departments and becoming increasingly practical. In years so full of transformations - ecological, economic, and social - artificial intelligence can provide many opportunities to small and medium-sized businesses with a view to improving their efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness, across all sectors.

So, how can AI make a difference for SMEs? For example, through activities that would otherwise require greater resources, time, and budget, such as process automation for repetitive tasks to reduce the burden on people; data analysis, allowing big data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities; customer experience personalization, with recommendations based on interests and behaviour; and optimization of marketing processes. However, the tools themselves are silent: the difference will be made by those who know how to manage and use them best.

To local businesses seize the opportunities provided by this extraordinary innovation and the digital tools that have emerged, Job Digital Lab, the programme created by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and ING Italia to develop digital skills, will be in Marghera on Thursday, April 11 with a training event held in collaboration with the Digital Enterprise Point of the Chamber of Commerce of Venice and Rovigo.

The workshop was conceived for small and medium-sized businesses that wish to discover how generative artificial intelligence can help them improve their presence on social media and communicate effectively. During the meeting, examples of GenAI applications for data acquisition, sentiment analysis, content creation, and its management on how to activate a promotional campaign on social networks will be provided.

During the event, local practical cases and success stories will be presented as a source and model of inspiration:
