Projects DIG4All and SWAT, selected by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale - Impresa sociale, to promote reskilling and upskilling of youth not working or studying and women seeing employment or with unsatisfactory jobs through digital skills courses, custom-tailored coaching and concrete actions for orientation and market introduction, even in non-profit sectors. The project addresses individuals with medium-to-high profiles and semi-structured skills.
