WHAT I DO: I coordinate communication, social marketing and institutional relations for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. I'm lucky to have a job that makes me feel useful, always ready to reinvent myself and ‘involved’. Yes, I think that's the word that accompanies me throughout my days: involvement. The kind that makes you feel good and completes you. Woe betide if you don't have it!
WHAT I DREAM OF: I dream of being able to continue working on strategic initiatives for our country and for people. I dream of being able to find the right balance between my professional and private life and maintain the right serenity in every area of my life. I dream of feeling more and more involved and passionate about what I do.
MY WORDS: #involvement #people #relationships #balance #serenity #passion
After graduating in Communication Sciences from the Sapienza University of Rome, I specialised in the area of communication, marketing and corporate social responsibility. Thanks to my thesis, I immediately started working on CSR projects and, after some initial experiences in academia and in a training company, I arrived at an international communication agency where I worked as a press officer for large corporate clients. Then I was faced with an important challenge: to set up an internal communications office at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, supported by ‘enlightened’ professionals. The skills I had honed in the profit sector immediately came in useful and acquired great ethical and professional value for me. Working for the common good.
Over time I learnt more and more to combine fundraising and social marketing activities with those of 360° communication (media relations, external relations, event coordination, editorial products, etc.) with the ultimate aim of being useful to the community.
