WHAT I DO: I coordinate social projects that aim to develop the digital and soft skills of people in vulnerable situations, but also to support the younger generations in knowing how to take advantage of the transformations of the job market, with informed choices in the field of training. My goal is to support the digital transition through inclusive actions, capable of reducing initial inequalities and guaranteeing equal access opportunities.

WHAT I DREAM OF: My dream is to help build a world in which inclusion and access to opportunities are available to everyone, especially the most vulnerable or excluded people, such as women, young people, migrants and others in disadvantaged situations. I want to continue working on projects that promote active participation and empowerment, with the aim of having a positive impact on people's professional and personal development.

I have a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's degree in Social Development from the University of Paris 1 - Sorbonne. Originally from Argentina, I have been living in Rome since 2013. With over 10 years of experience in project management and coordination, I have worked in both the university and third sectors, in Argentina and Italy. I have developed skills in project management, implementation and reporting, with a particular focus on promoting the active participation of the target audience.
