Not just numbers: AI for financial consulting

Not just numbers: AI for financial consulting

Job Digital Lab offers a free webinar to discover how the profession is changing

In a rapidly changing world of work, financial consulting is also evolving and enriching itself with new skills. Today, technical and economic knowledge are no longer enough: interpersonal skills, initiative, mastery of digital tools and openness to the use of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, are also required.

To explore these issues and discover how to access new hybrid careers, combining human relations and innovation, we are offering a new free webinar as part of the Job Digital Lab programme, implemented in collaboration with ING. The event will take place online tomorrow, Tuesday 8 July, from 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Why participate?

According to the latest data, the role of financial advisors is rapidly evolving: there are over 63,000 EFPA-certified professionals in Europe, including around 7,000 in Italy. The sector is expected to grow by an average of 11.5% per year and face new challenges related to generational wealth management and sustainable investments. Artificial intelligence and robo-advisors are transforming day-to-day operations, but trust and human skills remain central.

The webinar is a practical training opportunity to:

  • Understand how the role of the financial advisor is evolving.
  • Discover the most sought-after soft skills and digital skills (soft skills, productivity tools, digital communication).
  • Use generative artificial intelligence to better organise your work, manage your time and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Learn about career opportunities at ING: certified training with SDA Bocconi, initial financial support and an existing client portfolio.

Who is it for

The event is open to everyone and particularly useful for:

  • undergraduates/graduates in economics, law, humanities and technical disciplines
  • young people with commercial aptitude and eager to take on a flexible, customer-oriented job
  • those who want to explore new roles in which people remain central but are empowered by digital technologies

Trainers

  • Pietro Sforza, Commercial Director, Financial Advisors & Wealth, Ing Italia
  • Andrea Boscaro, trainer and founder of The Vortex

Through guided exercises, mini-simulations and a live interaction space, you can develop an awareness of how AI can support – but not replace – human skills such as empathy, listening and trust.
