We continue our virtual journey amongst the schools that are participating in the special edition of the Safer Internet Day promoted by Microsoft and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, in collaboration with the Italian Postal Police. A Safer Internet Day that will be held throughout Italy with young men and women as the true protagonists.
From North to South, students, coordinated by the FMD, will work together on a Youth Manifesto for a Safer Internet. The students will then present the Manifesto to the school community and promote it on the web.
Yesterday, we were in touch with a school in Alessano, in the Province of Lecce, today, we travel to IIS Filippo Buonarroti in Pisa. Francesco Lorenzoni, a student at the school, explains to Francesca Meini the issues on which his workgroup will concentrate: social networks, safe use of smartphones and cyber-bullying.
Every day, we will keep you informed about the progress made in schools throughout Italy via interviews and multimedia presentations. Keep following us to learn more about the al Safer Internet Day!
