Matteo Troia is a 21 year-old Knowledge Volunteer living in Casarsa delle Delizia in the Province of Pordenone, who started his original path to e-leadership by organizing digital literacy courses for the elderly and other digital animation initiatives.
Matteo can become a key figure in fighting the misalignment between digital competences and job market, just as indicated by a recent European Commission Report: E-Skills for Jobs in Europe (European Community, 2014).
