Working Women

The experience of Project Dig4All at a meeting promoted by the Gi Group.

The equal participation of women on the job market is at the core of the meeting promoted by the Gi Group; indeed, it has been since its foundation. The issue of “Women’s Work as a Tool for Inclusion and Recovery,” which will be held in Rome on Tuesday, October 29 (17:00) a Palazzo Wedekind.


The meeting will focus on the value of work as a lever for female empowerment through rehabilitation, inclusion, and prevention for women experiencing conditions of fragility. It will serve as an opportunity to the role everyone can play to develop a true and extensive inclusion.

Azzurra Rinaldi, economist and founder of Equonomics will participate in the event organised in collaboration with the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo, Fondazione Mondo Digitale, and Fondazione Maria Lattuada onlus, as well as in media partnership with VITA. Director General Mirta Michilli will participate on behalf of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.

Amongst the stories of women experiencing fragility, there will be the story of Sarah Alushaj, who is participating in Project Dig4All, funded by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale (Onlife Call) to promote the reskilling and upskilling of 240 NEETs (ages 15-34). The partnership includes the Fondazione Albero della Vita (lead partner),Fondazione Mondo DigitaleFondazione ITS Angelo Rizzoli per le Tecnologie dell'informazione e della Comunicazione, and Webhelp Enterprise Sales Solutions Italy Srl.
