Job Digital Lab: new edition of the “Start Up Lab for Women"
The second edition of Job Digital Lab – Training to Get Back in Action, held in collaboration with ING Italia, includes the Start Up Lab for Women, a free introduction to entrepreneurship for women who wish to embark on a business project. The course includes eight hours of on-line lessons and tutoring sessions to reflect on the creation of a value ecosystem, practice design thinking and designing an enterprise model, from its conception to the economic model for market positioning.

Presentation of the Start Up Lab: An Ecosystem for Women
The exponential acceleration of technology and the global dimension of social phenomena also determine an increasing complexity in various jobs. With the aid of the Personal Ecosystem Canvas development tool, participants will map their personal ecosystem and acquire tools to grow more aware of themselves and their strengths, both current and desired for the future.

Design Thinking
After a theoretical-methodological analysis of design techniques addressing processes and design thinking case studies, participants will take part in a practical exercise: conceiving a project, service or product.
- March 28, 15-17
Business Model Canvas
Tools for the development of business models, from market research to the creation of value for clients. This session will be dedicated to the process of designing an enterprise.
- March 31, 16-18
Team Building and Leadership
Teamwork and the identification of character traits to empathise with colleagues and work partners are fundamental aspects of entrepreneurship. The meeting will address the objectives, roles and styles of work that define a professional worker. A practical group exercise will allow all participants to test their skills.

Participants will receive a “Global Citizen” open badge as per DigComp 2.1 standards, the Life Education Model of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Recommendations of the European Union (COM/2020/500 final) for recovery following the economic and social shock of the pandemic.
