The first modular and flexible Smile courses kick off.
Training activities are now underway for Project Smile (acronym for SMart Innovative Learning for Employment), selected and supported by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale - Impresa sociale, to promote the work reintegration of unemployed individuals (aged 34-50) in Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Piedmont, Lombardy, and Tuscany.
The first four courses have been developed by IFOA (two administrative courses, one on logistics, and one on back office), while two more (Python and Social Media Marketing with AI) organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS will begin next week. All courses last 120 hours over 11 weeks (60 hours synchronous + 60 asynchronous).
