Tomorrowland Days

Tomorrowland Days

Tomorrowland Days come to the Rome Città Educativa: tomorrow, Friday, May 15, 10 am at Via del Quadraro 102.

What are the discoveries that have had the greatest impact on Italian society? Which inventions will improve our future? Students will discuss this and other questions together at the Tomorrowland Days. Three days to confront and exchange creative ideas on how to improve the future, together. As experts often point out, innovation does not depend on individual geniuses, but it increasingly is the result of teamwork.

For the launch of the new Disney movies “Tomorrowland Days” at movies around Italy from May 21, three major Italian museums and science/technology labs, in partnership with Focus, will present the Tomorrowland Days. The Phyrtual Innovation Gym, the Naples “Città della Scienza” and the Trento “Museo della Scienza” are three poles of Italian excellence that will open their doors to tomorrow’s inventors and provide scientific and technological knowledge to inspire and stimulate students to reflect on their concept of “future.”

Participants will be able to live a unique experience in a positive and stimulating environment at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale’s Phyrtual Innovation Gym. The 50 participants will participate in a brainstorming session to develop creative ideas for scientific inventions that will improve tomorrow’s world and explain them through a series of videos that will be published on Focus.it, an event partner.

At the end of the day, each student will receive a movie gadget, a movie ticket and three-month subscription to Focus, a very popular monthly magazine on science and nature.

The event is part of the Tenth Thematic Week of Rome’s Città Educativa Project dedicated to digital literacy in school.
