The Safer Internet Day was created by the European Commission to promote a safer digital life for youth. For the occasion, Binario F hosted contributions from important institutional representatives and partners, as “it is increasingly important to emphasize the importance of a conscientious use of the web, which can be promoted through digital skills courses for all of society: schools, families and associations that aim to educate the citizens of the future.”
The contributions include a video from Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
The Safer Internet Day kicks off the 6th edition of the Month for On-line Security, promoted by the Italian Home Office and the Safer Internet Centre – Connected Generations (FMD is on its advisory board).
