A free webinar to help you navigate SPID, CIE, PEC and digital signatures
The amendments introduced by Ministerial Decree No. 2 of 13 January 2026, published in the Official Gazette on 20 March 2026, update the procedures of the Single National Register of the Third Sector and introduce new features to simplify relations between organisations and government departments. Key changes include the option for the legal representative to delegate another person to manage administrative procedures, and the annual update of data relating to members, volunteers and staff, to be carried out by 30 June if there have been any changes to the information already held in the register.
To support organisations through this digital transformation process, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS, in collaboration with Cantiere Terzo Settore, is organising a free webinar entitled Runts and digital tools: SPID, CIe, PEC and digital signatures, scheduled for Tuesday 23 June, from 5 pm to 6 pm.
The session, led by Luca Gentile, a digital facilitator at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, offers practical guidance on using the tools required to operate correctly and independently on the Runts platform: digital identity, electronic identity card, certified email and digital signature.
The webinar forms part of the activities of the Digital Facilitation Centres, the service that supports citizens, associations and organisations in the informed use of the public administration’s online services. It is a practical opportunity to strengthen the digital skills of third sector professionals and make the management of their organisations simpler, more transparent and more effective.
