The Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Mirta Michilli, will participate in the YouthSpark Summit (April 30 – May 2) tha will be held at Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond.
Nominated Global Youth Spark Advisor, Mirta Michilli will also be responsible for coordinating the European panel that will evaluate winning models for youth enterprise. The objective is to understand how the projects that have been implemented locally have effectively made a difference and to what extent youth are ready to face risk factors involved in entrepreneurial activities.
 
Project Meet No Neet, part of the global Microsoft YouthSpark Programme will create new work and learning opportunities for over 300 million young men and women in over 100 countries by 2015. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has accompanied over 6000 youths aged 16-24 in their social projects.
 
The Studio ergo Lavoro research developed by McKinsey & Company points to YouthSpark as a good practice to eliminate the mismatch between education and job demand.
