StartUp Lab Starts from the Self

Today, Monday, March 29, as part of Programme Job Digital Lab: Training to Get You Back in Action! by Ing Italia and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, StartUp Lab begins. This is a custom-tailored enterprise course for a group of women seeking professional requalification and placement. Eight hours of on-line training and remote tutoring sessions to guiding aspiring entrepreneurs to develop their first business model. The course also includes sessions for the analysis of access to funding and calls and the public presentation of business ideas.

The first meeting on "Personal Ecosystem Canvas (PEC) – Harmony between Personal (internal) and Organisational Development " will be held on Zoom from 3 to 5 pm.

The digital classroom will allow the 23 enrolled women to meet with FMD Scientific Director Alfonso Molina, who will guide them through the survey of the personal ecosystem canvas (PEC), a multimedia, dynamic, evolutionary and complex system that includes all internal and external aspects, both local and global, that influence an individual’s life.

The holistic nature of the PEC allows its application in a wide range of contexts - companies, universities, schools, etc. - to increase the self-awareness of complexity and dynamic nature of every individual. It helps align one’s personal, social and professional spheres.

The day will end with a brief Q&A session and an open reflection on the PEC tool.
