Project SWAT - Supporting Women, Arousing Talents kicks off on Wednesday
On Wednesday, July 26, there will be the first partner meeting for Project Supporting Women, Arousing Talents, financed by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale (Futura Call), from 10:30 to 13:30 at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale Innovation Gym for Arci Aps, Fondazione Adecco ETS, and ING Bank Milan Branch.
SWAT will promote courses on digital skills (basic, advanced, and specialized) for 250 women aged 18-50 anni excluded from the working world or with unsatisfactory contracts and salaries.
The modular, progressive, and flexible courses based on individual needs and oriented towards professional inclusion will be held throughout Italy. Participants will access an innovative and sustainable course to suit their schedules. Moreover, the course promotes cooperative and synergic work by stakeholders with particular reference to the business world, so that the project will have a significant impact and become a replicable model.
