"My social mission is to promote female competences,” she explains, “by supporting women in professional change, working on training, consultancy and empowerment through workshops, events and producing free on-line material.”

WOMEN IN TRAINING
There is nearly half a century amidst their birth dates: 1950 and 1996. Sixteen percent of women in training have already turned 50 and 12.5% is under 30. Moreover, 40 percent of women in training have already started an entrepreneurial activity. On the other hand, 20% dreams about changing occupation and only 8% is looking for a job.
