The Fondazione Mondo Digitale’s proposal for schools: the Phyrtual Innovation Gym
The school-work programme, based on the Life Education Model is based on 7 modules for a total of 200 hours. The ideal number of participants is 20, but the structures can host 18 to 24 students in a single school-work programme session.
The 7 modules are independent, but also part of the same organic process that will allow young men and women to experiment an original learning model and debate the new challenges brought about by quick socio-economic changes.
The Phyrtual Innovation Gym welcomes participants into a range of different areas with different learning methods, where they can interact with professionals, companies, organisations and real productive models. It trains young men and women to know how to contribute responsibly to the development of smart communities in any local context.
The Phyrtual Innovation Gym also hosts orientation modules for young men and women who intend to pursue their studies with a university career.
Schools can choose to develop custom-tailored programmes together with the FMD.
