On March 21 at 10 am, during the workshopon Robotics and Development, ENEA will present the White Book on Robotics. This is a new initiative stemming from the international cooperation agreement on Robotics (IARP) featuring all the most technologically advanced countries in this sector, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France and Italy.
The objective of the study is to evaluate the effective research potential of the Italian system, which includes both hi-tech industry and research and the transferal of scientific culture to the world of academia and schools.
The agency will exhibit its submarine robot system in the showcase area. This system allows us to extend our perception to depths of 150 meters. The robots work like a school of fish, continuously exchanging information via an advanced communication network developed by the project and reacting just like their biological equivalents.
