The first brainstorming marathon kicks off for Project Scouting Future, a course on Robotics and Life Sciences, organized in collaboration by Lazio Innova e Fondazione Mondo Digitale in 2020, too.
The first of three issue-based brainstorming marathons will be held on Friday, January 24 from 10 am to 6 pm at the Spazio Attivo Roma Casilina. Schools will work on projects adressing social robots and the social interaction between grandparents, robots and grandchildren together with experts from the ”A. Ruberti” Department of Computer, Control and Automation Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome.
The day will officially open the university contests in which school teams will begin to work on the prototypes to present at Romecup on April 20-24, 2020 (Marco Polo Building, Sapienza University, Scalo San Lorenzo, Rome).
There will be 19 teams composed of 85 students from high schools in Rome and Lazio:

During the day, students will be helped by tutors and expert mentors.
